On Boxing Day (St. Stephen’s Day) I stepped out onto our frosty verandah to capture the beautiful frost sparkling in the sunlight.

A round light shinning on a spruce tree on my left caught my attention. It looked very strange and out of place as the sun was not shinning on it. I took a close up picture (see 2nd photo below) to get a better view.

I can only presume there was something on my roof or perhaps my neighbour’s roof that was reflecting the sun light onto this tree.

Or, perhaps its something much more magical?
