For years I have wondered what was beyond the opening across from the traffic lights at the intersection of Montcalm and Laurier streets in Hull, QC and earlier this month I found out.

Much to my delight I started a new job at Terrasses de la Chaudière, a stones throw to the opening I’ve had my eye on for years. My first lunch hour found me, with camera in hand, exploring the sentier des voyageurs (voyageurs pathway), a beautiful pathway along the Ottawa river with benches to sit and enjoy the moment.
