An Evening at the Farm

I really believe everything happens for a reason and there is no such thing as coincidence. That being said, we may never know the reason behind certain events. Last Thursday evening I was supposed to be taking a first aid/CPR class at the barn. When I got there, however, it had been cancelled. I can’t say I was disappointed because instead of wrapping wounds and performing practice CPR on plastic dummies, I was sipping wine with a dear friend and enjoying the sights and sounds of the farm winding down for the day. I just happened to have my camera with me and took advantage of the beautiful, clear, sunny evening to get in a few shots. I spent some time with the herd, just being, observing and photographing my heart out. Here are some of my favourites. I hope you enjoy!
